1:1 Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy sessions allows for ALL parts of you—both inner and outer—to find healing and well-being, together. I will create your own personalized home yoga practice that meets you where you are and opens the path toward the possibilities you seek.
Rooted in the Viniyoga tradition, it is all about meeting your health and wellness needs within a uniquely individualized practice. It’s a practice that acknowledges all the parts of your identity, and helps you intentionally weave them together to create the unique pattern of the beautiful life you want.
As a trauma informed registered yoga teacher and therapist-in-training (with mentor supervision), I’ll get to know you and create your practice. Then, I will guide you through custom yoga poses, breath work with movement, visualization, mantras, chanting, meditation—whatever is just what YOU need to meet your goals, engage you, and better your life.
Individual, customized yoga sessions has transformed my life. I believe it can do the same for you.
What it Is:
Anybody who wants to feel better, create a healthier daily routine, get stronger, and live each day that much more meaningfully.
It's for anyone who has things in themselves (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) they want to heal or explore more intentionally. (It’s not to take the place of talk therapy.)
It’s for anyone—beginner or advanced—who yearns for a companion guide to come beside you, cheer you on, sit with you in any pain, and open up new possibilities.
I also want you to know you do not have to flexible. You do not have to be able to get up and down off the floor to participate in this experience. I will meet you where you are, exactly as you are, with your current capacities. We will work, together, to make sure everything in your customized practice is accessible. We can also use chairs and props to make sure you are able to find ease and steadiness.
